Toffee Eyes and a Matte Lip – The Small Issues Weblog

It’s all about hydration for this makeup look, especially since I knew I would use a lot of different finishing powers (contour, bronzer, highlight, etc).

I wanted to create a warm, toffee eye look with a barely there cat eye. I must admit that I love the more modern look of a cat eye these days. I often see it created with eyeshadow instead of an eyeliner, but the product I use in this demo is very easy to use and gives you the same effect.
